Collection Assistance

There is nothing more frustrating to a Signing Agent than delivering quality services on time, only to have to deal with a client that pays late or doesn’t pay at all. Slow and late paying clients can drain your resources and be a major source of frustration. Many slow paying customers seem to require multiple collection calls, reminders and cajoling in order to finally pay. At their worst, slow paying customers can create significant problems, especially if cash flow is tight.

Indiana Closings has now developed a collection assistance program to help you receive the money that you have already earned.  Paid members receive this service for a discount.  We only charge 10% of the collection amount (that's only $5.00 per $50.00 collected) for all IMC members.  Non-members are also invited to use our services.  The fee for all non-members is 15% of the collection amount.  All payments must be received before services will be rendered.
